Vivien Goh, also known as Sweetheart the Clown, started performing in 1995. She has groomed and trained numerous performers since 1996, and has even travelled the world to teach the art of making large balloon sculptures on behalf of the manufacturer of the Link-o-loons. 

Practikal Magik was started in 2009 because she was approached by fellow performer, Uncle Jimbo to create a series of magic and balloon twisting DVDs. Targeted at the general public due to a rising demand for interesting hobbies like magic, balloon twisting, silk flower making, face and body painting, henna, cooking, etc, Practikal Magik aims to get experts in their own field to co-create the DVDs so that more people can benefit from their instruction at a much reduced rate.


Currently having produced a collection of beginner magic titles as well as a balloon twisting selection, Vivien Goh hopes to produce many more titles in different categories.

Jimmy Wong, also know as Uncle Jimbo, has been a professional magician since 1998, and has won several awards for his performances. Having run a magic shop, Tricky Business, for two years, Jimmy knows what the aspiring magician needs. 


One of the most outstanding children magician as well as close up magician, Jimmy is able to switch between stage and closeup easily. Truly versatile, he now hopes to impart his knowledge to the general public who are interested in learning hobbies which are non mainstream.


Teaming up with Vivien Goh in 2009 to produce a series of DVDs, he also designs and creates his own magical products that he distributes to magic shops and lectures. In the pipeline, Jimmy hopes to distribute his DVDs in LIVE classes as well as in shops, both online and offline. Other educational DVDs are also planned, to make Science more interesting to both Primary and Secondary school students through the use of magic.
